Asphalt tank mixer- Overview
Asphalt mixing is more complex than conventional mixers. Firstly, it is a type of measuring mixer that is installed not on the top or bottom of the tank, but on the side. Secondly, due to the high viscosity of heavy oil, the design of the mixer is more difficult. Once again, the high temperature of the medium poses a challenge to the design of the lubricating oil system.

It is strictly prohibited to use belt transmission method. Orthogonal spiral and bevel gear transmission methods can be used, and the material is AISI4140.

Request reference template:
(1) Transmission requirements: It is strictly prohibited to use belt transmission. Orthogonal spiral bevel gear transmission can be used instead.
(2) Paddle: Marine three wing propeller type, blade material is 12% CHR.
(3) Sealing mechanism: The double-layer mechanical seal structure before and after the spindle is made of hard chromium carbide alloy, which should comply with the requirements of GB32215.
(4) Support form: The support material should be structural steel, with bolts and nuts fastened to the opening flange of the tank.
